Roundtable & Advisory Board
Meet for 90 minutes as a group. Gain wisdom and guidance from peers who have walked or are walking a similar path and want to share their experiences to strengthen your leadership. Contribute to the growth of other leaders by sharing your expertise. Participate in brief training on a leadership topic. The relationships forged become your personal Advisory Board.
Career Level Specific
Your Mastermind Roundtable group is comprised of others in similar roles. Executive and Plant Manager groups are currently available.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is critical to the success of all groups. Anything shared with other members and the coach is strictly private. Members of competing organizations will not be in the same group.
