What levels of leadership are best suited for this type of training?

The customized nature of our group training creates an environment that impacts leaders from C-Suite to Supervisor. Some organizations choose to create groups focused on a specific leadership levels, others prefer to mix leadership levels within the group. Both choices produce high impact results.

How many training sessions do you recommend?

The number of training sessions recommended depends on the organization and its goals. Most organizations being their engagement with six training sessions for optimal continuity and skill acquisition.

How many people can participate in group training?

The number of team members who participate is up to you and the space you have available. For highest level of interaction between participants, we find groups of 8-15 optimal.
